Box Office Staff are available to take cash, check, and credit card purchases, as well as distribute will-call tickets starting one hour before scheduled performances.

The box office welcomes walk-in visitors on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. The contact number can be found displayed on the box office window.

Online ticket purchasing is available 24/7 at Gascitypac.com and etix.com.

Payment Information

We work in conjunction with etix to ensure you get the highest quality experience. We urge you to purchase tickets through our Box Office, this website or directly through etix.com.

We accept debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you are not able to come in-person, we have a direct line to the Box Office at (765) 304-2274 or email boxoffice@gascitypac.com.

Important Show Exchanges & Refund Information

No refunds or exchanges on all ticket sales and promotions.
We are only able to support requests for verified tickets purchased through our ticket provider: etix or Box Office sales.
We are not able to offer any refunds for credits after a show has already occurred.
Previously purchased tickets are valid for a rescheduled date(s) even if your ticket has a different date on it than the rescheduled show date.
