What do I need to bring to the event?

Etix will provide you with options on ticketing when you purchase your show tickets. Learn about etix. You will need your ticket barcode, available in the etix app or through etix.com. We strongly recommend using the digital wallet app or your phone to store the ticket before arriving at GCPAC. Etix  also offers a print-at-home ticket option that you can use for entry at the venue on the night of the show.

Can I exchange my tickets?

We work in conjunction with etix to ensure you get the highest quality experience. We urge you to go through our box office, this website or directly through etix.com to purchase your tickets. Important notes about show exchanges and refunds:

  • No refunds or exchanges on all ticket sales and promotions. 
  • We are only able to support requests for verified tickets purchased through our ticket provider: etix or Box Office sales.
  • We are not able to offer any refunds for credits after a show has already occurred. 
  • Previously purchased tickets are valid for a rescheduled date(s) even if your ticket has a different date on it than the rescheduled show date.

You can resell your tickets or exchange them at etix.com.

When does the Box Office open?

The venue's Box Office opens one hour prior to each performance. It is also open from 11 am to 4 pm, Wednesday to Friday. For any inquiries or concerns, please contact boxoffice@gascitypac.com via email.

Can I bring a bag or backpack to the show?

In an effort to provide a secure and safe environment the GCPAC the following bag policy will be in effect at all events. Bags must not exceed 11 inches X 14 inches. Clear bags are not required, but all bags are subject to search. The GCPAC bag policy is subject to change per event.

Is there a code of conduct at GCPAC?

GCPAC strives to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable entertainment experience for all patrons.

This Guest Code of Conduct (“Code of Conduct”) is designed to ensure everyone at the GCPAC can enjoy themselves free from distraction or interruption. Everyone is strongly encouraged to respect others and practice courtesy and etiquette by adhering to this Code of Conduct:

  • Respect each other as well as each Venue Team Member.
  • Refrain from unruly, disruptive, or illegal behavior. Verbally or physically harassing any person is strictly prohibited.
  • Refrain from use of foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
  • Always wear appropriate clothing, free of obscene, offensive or inflammatory messages. 
  • Refrain from interfering with the progress of the event, including throwing objects or liquids onto the event stage/area.
  • No fan is allowed onto the event stage/area. Violators will be removed and are subject to arrest.
  • Dispose of waste and trash in the labeled and provided trash receptacles.
  • Destroying, drawing on or defacing (including with stickers) any GCPAC property or others’ property is strictly prohibited.
  • Consume alcoholic beverages only in permitted areas in a responsible manner.
  • The GCPAC are drug-free and smoke-free environments. The use of drugs (including marijuana), other illegal substances and/or smoking (including vaporizers, e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco) is strictly prohibited.
  • Follow instruction of law enforcement, as well as each Venue Team Member always. 
  • Certain portions of the GCPAC can only be accessed by persons with tickets, passes and/or credentials. All guests are expected to present and maintain tickets, passes or credentials for entry and other event or parking areas.  Guests are required to show tickets when requested by law enforcement or any Venue Team Member, including to verify their seat locations.
  • Bicycles must be safely secured or parked only in approved bike valet areas. All unsecured bicycles may be removed.

Will there be food or drink available to purchase?

Yes, food and drinks can be purchased at two locations in the lobby area.

Can I bring food or drink into GAPAC?

Outside food and drink are not allowed in the GCPAC. 

Is valet parking available?

Valet parking is currently unavailable. For any needed assistance upon arrival at the venue, please contact the box office by phone or email.

Parking is available at the venue. When purchasing tickets, there is an option for preferred parking if you would like to be closer to the entrance.
